Many of our plants are in suburban areas, operating from early in the morning until late at night, and in some cases for 24 hours a day. We therefore carefully monitor the impact our operations might have on local residents, particularly with regard to outdoor lighting, yard and vehicle noise, and pollution. To ensure continuing close relationships, we maintain an ongoing dialogue with our neighbours, local authorities and councils, to discuss any issues that may arise.
